Refund Statement
E-Web Members could request the refund online within 7 days after the activation of the paid member services. Otherwise, it will not be permitted to apply for refund in the service period.
Refund Unconditionally Within 7 Days
- All e-Web members could terminate the terms of e-Web member service and undergo the formalities for refund online within 7 days. We will refund after verification.

- a) If e-Web members apply for refund, we will charge USD10 for the defined expense.
- b) Because the international domain name could not be canceled once it has been registered successfully, we would charge USD20 for this domain name registration through the website when you apply for refund.
- c) If e-Web members pay by cards, we will refund the money to their corresponding credit cards or bank cards accounts.
- d) If e-Web members pay through bank transfer offline, we should pay the money back to their corresponding bank accounts. However, the members should bear the remittance poundage caused by the bank transfer.
- E-Web members pay through counter remittance, please make sure to provide the accurate information of the bank account information for refund, such as account name, account number, issuing bank, etc. The website are not responsible for the unsuccessful refund because of the error information you provided.
- The website will inform you by website message and email after we finish the refund. Please confirm it timely.
