1. Description
ZY6192 type wire and cable combustion halogen acid gas measuring device is used to determine the total halogen acid gas of low halogen and halogen-free flame retardant cable and to measure the acidity of the gas by measuring the PH value and conductivity. Its design conforms to GB/T17650.1-1998, GB/T17650.2-1998 and IEC60754.1-1998, IEC60754.2-1991 standards, and also meets GB/T19666-2005 "flame retardant" The provisions of Table 6 of the Standard and General Rules for Refractory Wires and Cables and the requirements of Articles 6.3.4 of GA306.1-2007, 6.3.4 of GA306.2-2007, 9.10 and 9.11 of UL2556-2007. The equipment is accurate in testing, reasonable in structure and simple in operation. It is convenient for wire and cable manufacturers, colleges and universities, commodity inspection departments and scientific research units.

3. Main Technical Parameters
(1) Tube-shaped furnace: the effective length of heating chamber and the diameter of tube 600 x Ф50 mm, equipped with an adjustable electric heating system, its heating power is 6 KW (AC 220V).
(2) Combustion tube: the material is quartz glass, the inner diameter is 36 mm, the length at the inlet side of the tube furnace is 60 mm ~ 200 mm, the length at the outlet side is 60 mm ~ 100 mm, leaving a gap for heating expansion.
(3) Combustion boat: the material is fused quartz tube, 80 mm long, 25 mm wide and deep 10 mm.
(4) Gas collection: Two bottles are used, one of which is equipped with a magnetic stirrer and contains 220 ml sodium hydroxide solution.
(5) The gas supply system:
Air flow meter: 50 ml ~ 500 ml (adjustable)
(6) Sampling: 500 mg ~ 1000 mg
(7) Determination of halogen acid content:
A. Analytical balance: accuracy is 0.1 mg
B. Digital PH meter: the accuracy is 0.02 PH.
C. Conductivity meter: the measuring range is (0 ~ 1 * 105) S/cm.
(8) Power supply: AC220V, 50HZ; total power is 6.5 KW
