KUBA bread ovens can be produced in the type working with diesel or optionally with natural gas or electricity. Bread is cooked in hot air circulation in ovens with revolving carriage/vehicle. All types of bread or similar productions can be produced from stick bread to hamburger bread by using different types of air temperatures (for 200-250 gr bread). Life of engine and electrical materials have been rather extended as cooking is performed in low temperatures. Also, cooking time has been reduced to 16-18 minutes. When comparing to other bakeries, KUBA rotating bakeries have ability to cook in short period of time and in the low temperatures provide fuel saving until 20%. All parts of bakery are very resistant with its design and special materials.
