RJ-105 Tower Crane Black Box mainly include zone protection, intelligent braking, working environmental monitoring, operating status monitor, and also possess the function of living warning, braking and black box memory.
1. Tower Crane Zone Protection
(1) Tower crane arm zone protection
Limiting entering some special zone when tower crane arm move, and then make zone protection come true. It can avoid the collision between crane arm and statistic object, such as buildings, electrical line pole. See pictures below:
(2) Tower Crane Hook Zone Protection
Limiting entering some special zone when tower crane hook move, and then make zone protection come true. It can avoid the collision between steel rope, crane hook, hanging goods and special object, and it also avoiding some hanging goods falling into special zone.
2. Tower Crane working environmental monitoring
Monitoring the weight of hanging goods, acceptable moment of tower crane, speed wind and tilt degree of tower crane. And it can prevent the tower crane from falling down, or hanging goods drops when tower crane move.
