Product Content Description:

Single-effect fiber separator is a kind of pulping equipment used in papermaking industry. It is mainly used to separate the heavy and heavy items in the pulp, and the slurry from the water pulping machine is broken down twice.

Structure: mainly composed of base, shell, impeller, bearing frame, cutter plate, sieve plate, etc.

Principle: pumping slurry from the cylinder above along the tangent direction into the separation chamber, the centrifugal force generated by high speed rotating impeller to make pulp do circular motion inside the separator, heavier than major impurities in pulp was quickly rotate to the periphery along the wall, heavy slag into the slag system. The light impurities are concentrated in the center under the action of centripetal force, which is discharged by the outlet of the center front end under pressure, and the good pulp after separating the impurities passes through the sieve plate to the next process.

Purpose: to remove all kinds of impurities from waste paper materials by using the fiber weight difference, which has the function of dredging, separation and coarse screening. It is usually set up as secondary ground pulp and separation equipment after the hydraulic shredder. It can also be used as the finishing equipment for tailings.

Structural features:

It has two basic functions, such as separation of light impurities and heavy waste

Lower waste paper can be used to reduce the pretreatment of raw materials.

The production capacity of existing hydraulic pulper can be improved, and the energy consumption can be reduced by 40-60%.

High quality pulp can be obtained, fiber loss is small, improve screening efficiency, and yield is 2-2.5 times of traditional single effect 


1. The cylinder

The cylinder adopts wear resistance and pressure resistance design standard, material is stainless steel or carbon steel. Pulp by entry along the tangent direction into the cylinder, the rotor high-speed rotation of the centrifugal pulp raw material, and the light impurity separation, light impurity by cylinder gland central discharge, heavy impurities by the principle of centrifugal force, along the cylinder tangent into the sand tank.

2. The rotor

The rotor adopts special shape design, which can effectively separate the weight impurities.

The inside of the rotor is equipped with a clean water pipe to prevent the mesh from being blocked.

The rotor blade adopts replaceable high - wear high - wear strength alloy steel.

The rotor body is cast steel or cast stainless steel.

3. The sieve plate

The aperture of sieve plate is 2.5-6mm

Usually newsprint, magazine paper for the use of 2.5-4mm

Corrugated paper, box board paper is 3.5-6mm fan

The sieve plate is assembled in pieces, easy and easy to replace the sieve plate.

4. Stand

The platform is used to support the main shaft and the slurry inlet pipe connection. The upper part is supported by two bearings supporting the rotor and the driving shaft. The clearance of the rotor and sieve plate is adjustable.

5. Slag discharge system

This part is made of stainless steel, supported by cylinder body.

The operating disc switch is automatically controlled, with two water injection ports for cleaning pressure
