The machine is composed of two main devices: Syringe Unscrambler and Filling and Capping Monoblock Machine. It's suitable for all kinds of syringes filling, stoppering, plugging, capping and assembling.
Working principle:
1. Syringes and caps unscramblers: Manually put the Syringes and caps into their vibrators separately. Syringes unscrambled will be delivered onto the conveyor.
2. Conveyor loading station: when the syringes come into filling machine on the conveyor, overturn loading system will send the syringes to rotary working table.-- Eye detecting station: it detects if there are syringes to be filled.
3. No syringes no filling.
4. Filling level positioning station: to push the plunger back at a certain extent in order to leave the space for filling the product into the barrel.
5. Filling station: when the syringes arrive under filling station, filling nozzles will dive into the barrel for filling the product.
6. Cap loading station: caps will be sorted under vibrator and drop on the mouth of barrel one by one. (if the eyes don't detect the syringes at the beginning, there will be no caps loaded)
7. Cap tightening station: to tighten the caps for syringes under specialized device.
8. discharging station: finished products will be pushed out by poking fork and slipped out through the tilted plate.
