For the XY351 High wind pressure open-air down-the-hole
drill 。the manufacturing technology is mature ,and
key parts may be imported as an option. This drill is
provided with a powerful pneumatic motor and an advanced
XYHM or QL series impactor ( way of connection :DHD/QL
series impactor and drill bit may be considered.) The drill
carriage is designed to work at working pressure of 2.46
MPa. The rock drilling speed is up to 20-30 m/h in
medium-hardrocks. The XY351 drill is an ideal drilling
device for large and medium ?sized stonework excavation
works.
Travel Motor and Crawler： Each crawler is separately
powered by a 6.2 kw pneumatic motor and driven through an
enclosed reduction gear. The disc brake is stopped by the
spring. For the air clutch, the efficacy in the forward is
the same as that in the reverse direction. When an air
compressor is provided, the climbing gradient is 26
degrees. In the case of a single machine, The climbing
gradient is 32 degrees.
Oil sprayer：The oil sprayer lubricates the drilling
system including the shallow hammer, the drill stem and
each pneumatic motor. The drilling efficiency and the
service life of the drill can be increased by using the
special lubricating oil and performing the periodic
maintenance of the oil sprayer.
Console： The console is at the back of the drill so
that an operator can observe at any time and perform
centralized control of each action of the drill. The
centralizedly controlled hydraulic and pneumatic side
operations ensure safety and convenience.
