. Every station may be operated individually by
program controller (PLC)
. Hydraulic System:
. With isolated hydraulic system to maintain
smoothness and reduce vibration
. Adopts proportion valve to coordinate the
microcomputer, allowing precise control of the
pressure and flow rate
. Mould Clamping System:
. The side-mould adopts a toggle device to have
excellent mould clamping effect
. The shoe last and bottom mould adopt a direct
pressure hydraulic device allowing micro
adjustment to best position
. Rotary Table Turning System:
. Hydraulic cylinder operation indexing mechanism
to coordinate multi-control utilizing brake,
electricity and hydraulic system to have stable,
smooth and reliable operation
. Accessories:
. Every station has an upper preheating box
. Equipped with high efficiency central circulation
water-cooling system
. The shoe toe cap may be added as an option
