Mortise Locks

1. Applications:
. Our Mortise Locks comply with American National
Standard Institute requirement (ANSI/BHMA156.13-1994)
grade 1, and have been approved/listed by U.L. in
accordance with the Standard UL10B, UL10C and UVC7-2
(1997). We provide multiple models applicable for
different demand functions; the above picture has
following models. The function features of each model
are specified as follows.
2. M1001:
. Passage Latch:
. Latch bolt retracted by lever from either side at
all times.
3. M1022:
. Bedroom, Bath Privacy Lock:
. Latch bolt retracted by lever from either side
unless outside lever is locked by inside thumb turn.
. Operating inside lever or closing door unlocks
outside lever. To unlock from outside, remove
emergency plate and insert a Philips tip screwdriver
into the spindle hole then turn it.
