Midrange-Thermal-Stable Amylase by Bacillus subtilis fermented and extracted amylase preparation technology refined and refined. The application reference

1 Textile Industry: Using liquid amylase refined as desizing agent, desizing process is suitable for not high temperature resistant silk, chemical fiber, cotton fabric, the amount of enzyme in 0.2% (2000u/g), in 50-80 degrees Celsius water bath for 20-40 minutes.

2 Fermentation industry: Starch concentration was 16-17B, pH and 6.2-6.4, and adding 0.2% calcium chloride (according to the raw material weight), and then add the starch amylase (enzyme in 6-8 units per gram of material), after mixing, heating to 85-90 degrees Celsius, liquefaction in 30 minutes.
