1. Water purifies method: adsorption and ion exchange.
2. Working mode: Supply water upstream and regenerate. (If water turbidity is higher than others, offer downstream water and regenerate after the backwash.
3. Filtering speed: 3-4m/hour. Material bed height above 1.6 m, the higher the better the results, the highest is 2.8 m. It can also be calculated as: 1 tone WK - 1 per hour, the best water purification is 2 tons, the largest water purification is 3 tons. So it is unnecessary to consider the diameter of the exchange tower, no matter it is short and thick or thin and long, as long as it can load a sufficient amount of filter material.

5. Work adsorption amount: 500~2000mg/kg(WK-1)。Depends on:
①The concentration of raw water. The higher the concentration is the larger the adsorption amount.
②The interference levels of coexisting ions in water, the more coexisting ions, the greater the interference, the lower the energy. The interference order is: carbonate> bicarbonate root> hydroxyl > sulfate radical>sodion > potassium ion > calcium ion> magnesium ion, but the main interference factors is bicarbonate root.
③PH value: The best PH value is 5.5~7, the effect will significantly lower if it is over7.5. So when the bicarbonate root in water is high, we need to adjust PH value. The advisable PH value depends on the content of bicarbonate in the raw water, because the raw water content within 60 mg/L bicarbonate fluoride in the best effect. When PH value is 6.5, the remaining bicarbonate is 60%. When PH is lower to 5.5, the remaining bicarbonate will be 20%, so adjust PH acid consumption depends on the content of bicarbonate. For example, if the content of bicarbonate in raw water is within 100, it needs not to adjust PH value. When it is 120, the PH is 6.5, the remaining 72 bicarbonate can make satisfied effect of fluoride removal.
When the bicarbonate is 400, after the PH value is adjusted to 5.5; the bicarbonate should be 80. In general water of PH8.0-8.2 has the highest water content of bicarbonate, above 8.2 bicarbonate radical turn into carbonate and the acid consumption is bigger. When the PH changes from high to low, bicarbonate radical turn into carbon dioxide, drifting on the water, and no longer affect the fluoride.
6. Regeneration: regeneration uses 5% alum solution, total solution is about 60% of the filter material Slowly pour it into the exchange tower, soak 12 ~ 18 hours (the longer the better within 24 hours), then clean it to PH6.0 and then turn into the next production cycle.
7. Proportion: WK-1 proportion is 0.94-1.1 softened water equipment, Beijing softened water equipment, softened water filter material.
