-- Suitable for various sizing agents, especially excellent degradation to chemical sizing agents, which is the best auxiliary for desizing-scouring process.
Main composition
-- Peroxide and surfactants.
General properties
-- Appearance: white powder or granule
-- Ionicity: nonionic
-- pH: 11 – 12 (1% solution)
-- Solubility: easily soluble in water
-- Compatibility: does not mix with reducing agents directly
Properties and fields of application
-- Wide application range for desizing and scouring of various sizing agents.
-- Especially excellent stripping, breaking and emulsifying to chemical sizing agents.
-- Obviously improves whiteness and impurities removing performance.
Application
-- Continuous desizing and scouring:
HTscour 1089C: 8 – 15 g/L
NaOH: 35 – 45 g/L
Wetting agent: 4 – 5 g/L
Sequestering agent: 2 – 4 g/L
Grey cloth → Singe → Pad with HTscour 1089C solution (room temperature 25 – 35℃) → Steam at 100 – 102℃ for 60 min → Hot rinse → Bleach
Packing and storage
-- Packing: 25 kg/bag
-- Storage: 6 months in sealed packing at room temperature
avoid storage with reducing agent and solid alkali
