1982 Two like-minded diligent brothers established Yi-Sheng Enterprises (former name). 1987 Operations were expanded and capitalized NT$1 million. The first CNC automatic lathe and precision testing equipment were purchased. Company name was changed to Nan Dee Precision Ltd. 1989 Capital was enlarged to NT$5 million. Current facility was purchased and company structure was changed to a partnership form.
