Horn Pep Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established in October of 1989 (the previous name was Shine Warm Enterprise Co., Ltd.). We were dealing with a number of Japanese pneumatic tools companies like Sharpe The Spray Gun and Hutchins The Sanders of USA. The excellent products gave us the technical knowledge and ideas. Our general manager, Mr. Sunny Tsai has been working in an electronic tools company and a hardware company for more than eight years when he decided to establish Horn Pep Enterprise Co., Ltd.
