About Us

In the year of 1976, there was a lack of capital and technology in Taiwan. Mr. Charles Lai and Mr. Tony Lin founded a hot forge factory. After 8 years, there were many other companies that produced DIY tools. The companies grew quickly and caused the prices and quality to go into a state of chaos. The prices and quality were not at the standards that they are today. Mr. Lin & Lai realized a need for professional tools in 1984. At this time is when we decided to produce professional tools in our company. This was the beginning of a new adventure for King Tony Tools.
