Charming Textile Co., Ltd. established in 1973, used to produce 100% acrylic yarn for her sister company, Charming Enterprises Co., Ltd., which exported sweaters to all over the world since 1969. In order to expand her business and to be competitive in the market, Charming Textile imported a variety of fibers from German and Japan to produce and export fancy spun yarn such as Cashmere Like, Sunday Angora, Rainbow Mofeel, etc. Owing to the huge impact of US anti-dumping policy against Taiwan in 1989, sweater industry here faced a crucial challenge and most factories started to produce high quality sweaters.
