1. Application

 

This testing machine is suitable for testing the resistance to electric tracing and corrosion of electrical and electronic products, household appliances and its materials. The resistance to electric tracing and corrosion of electrical insulation materials is evaluated by measuring the resistance to electric tracing and corrosion of liquid contaminants and oblique samples at power frequency (48HZ~62HZ) grade. Its design conforms to the requirements of GB/T6553-2003 and IEC60587-1984 standards.

3. Main Technical Parameters

 

(1) Applied voltage: AC/DC 100V ~ 6000 V ± 5% adjustable.

 

(2) Applied current: AC/0 ~ 100mA ± 1% + 5d, DC/0 ~ 100 mA ± 1% + 3d.

 

(3) The output voltage drop of the test device should not exceed 5% when the current is measured at 60 mA of continuous 0.5s.

 

(4) Electrode: the thickness of the upper and lower electrodes is 0.5 mm, which is 304 stainless steel.

 

(5) The distance between the upper and lower electrodes is 50.0 mm ± 0.5 mm.

 

(6) Drip device: Drip device height can be adjusted, contaminated liquid flow rate can be adjusted at 0.075 ml/min - 0.9 ml/min, test time can be predicted.

 

(7) Drip interval time: 0 - 99.99s continuously adjustable.

 

(8) Contaminated liquid: ammonium chloride, isooctyl phenoxy polyethoxyethanol, non-ionic wetting agent with distilled water or deionized water mixture. The resistivity of the contaminated solution at (23 ± 1) centigrade should be (3.95 ± 0.05) Omega.m.

 

(9) Power supply: AC 220 (± 10%) V / 50 HZ.

 

(10) Instrument dimensions: L1245 * W723 * H2295 (mm)

 

 

4. Environmental Conditions Of Use

 

(1) There is no strong electromagnetic radiation source nearby when the equipment is used.

 

(2) There is adequate maintenance space around the equipment.

 

(3) Temperature: 23±2℃

 

(4) Air pressure: 86 ~ 106 kpa

 

(5) AC220 / 50HZ

 

(6) Voltage fluctuation range: 220V ± 10%

 

(7) Frequency allowed fluctuation range: 50HZ ± 1%

 

(8) On the installation site, the equipment shall be equipped with a power switch of corresponding capacity, and the switch shall be used independently and exclusively for the equipment.

 

(9) When the equipment is not working, the temperature of the environment should be kept within 0 ~ 45℃.
