TST-C1005 ASTM D3574 Foam IFD tester- Indentation hardness compression deflection coefficient
Applications
This machine is used to determine the indentation hardness of porous elastic material eg: flexible cellular polyurethane, Latex foam, Rubber Foam, Carpet underlay, Foam components
Principle
1. To measure under specified conditions to generate the force requireby a specified indentation, the specimen was placed between the upper and lower pressure plate, and then apply to a specified speed, the pressure plate downwardly compressed specimen, the load applied on the upper end of the pressure plateelement to feel the pressure, and convert the pressure to voltage signal to the display resolution, while the pressure value is displayed on the screen of "LOAD".
2. The machine accuracy 0.5 level of ± 0.5%, and the fore sensor accuracy can be up to 1/1000 units, loading rate of 1000 / s. The plurality of test methods can be stored and data to be restored. The T-head Sports readings can be accurate to 0.001mm, absolute T-head position can be accurate to 0.001mm.
Precision ball screw and guide systems, high-precision closed loop speed controller, amble apparatus and optional fast return, microcomputer RS232 interface, constant load and stroke protection limits, nstant load and tensile cycle test, long-term creep test.
3. The machine's control software uses the system default procedure, after automatic measuring the specimen thickness and recording, performed three times 70% pre-pressure, to provide four kinds of detection methods in order to meet a variety of standard test (A method: 70%, B method: 25%, 40%, 65%, C method: 40% of the current value, D method: set)
