Tube Printing Machine

1. 12 head printing design for automatic operation. From
   the feed-in from tube, surface static treatment,
   printing, UV printed dry, surface polishing, UV polished
   drying to the tube product detaching, the entire process
   will be completed in the machine.
2. The speed of printing/polished is adjustable to complete
   40 ~ 50 pieces per minute. Besides, all the actions of
   machine are performed by synchronized speed control.
3. Precision transmission system design is provided to
   prevent vibration during machine running so as to
   achieve pretty high definition fidelit of the printed
   pictures and wordings
4. The printing board can be quickly and accurately
   adjusted, and fast change of size can be performed for
   complete set of mold just within 30 minutes.
5. High precision roller wheel is used in the printing
   table to accurately control the ink supply. Each
   printing table is activated by individual gear motor to
   perform 1 ~ 5 colors of printing and polishing.
