Function:
1. Oil bath bearings are used for gear-drive. In long time
   & high-speed operation all rollers balls receive full
   lubrication which will decrease operation temperature
   and extend the life of the machine.

2. The machine adopts lengthened patterning jack holder.
   37 selector peg unit acts directly on the pattern.
   Reliable selection device can precisely control the
   pattern jacks and easily change patterns.

3. On order to ease the process and save the time of
   changing the cam, there is a 24-set wrapping dial,
   separately including upper & lower 2-track route. The
   stop motion devices prevent the vertical yarn from
   being polluted or crossed in operation. On resetting of
   knitting, the thread is guided by the air gun that
   saves time and labor.

4. 180 vertical gear-drive revolving bars can be fitted in
   this machine. (There are 168 bars in this machine at
   present.)

5. The selection of the cylinder needles is controlled by
   individual pattern levers. By pressing or pushing the
   pattern levers the user can change the moving position
   and moving track of needles and make knit, tuck or miss
   points.

6. The needle jacks are directly and precisely controlled
   by the needle selection system. To Ensure the
   correctors in high-seed running, the needle selection
   system is lock to the cramming plate.

7. No auxiliary devices or selection modules are required
   for pattern changes, even manual changing is workable.
   The butts of the pattern jacks can be pressed into the
   jack cylinder at miss or track point in time, depending
   on the respective position of the lever. The needle is
   guided into the miss and tuck positions by means of cam
   components operating on both the needle position knit
   is selected, the pattern jack is controlled solely by
   the cramming.
   There are 39 pattern levers positioned one above the
   other in each selection mechanism. Another 40 levers
   are used in conjunction with diagonal jack set-outs.

8. Memminger Pulsonic 5.2 type lubricator is standardized.
   USA Uniwave Projectile #419 ECO lubricator is optional.

9. With two American type handle bars on the machine's
   frame, easy to operate & change came.

10. Use national standard TATUNG motors.

11. Japanese TOSHIBA or MITSUBISHI inverter is
    standardized.

12. 120-step take-down device is standardized , electric
    type or folding type is optional.

13. Safety gate has a safety switch, can immediately stop
    machine running when the gate is opened.
