Vertical tube Expander Machine
Vertical expanding machine is special equipment for expanding heat exchange tubes and the cooling fins of the finned heat exchangers.
The pressure oil is the motivity of this machine. By mechanism, it will finish expanding, flaring and edge folding in one cycle. After expanded, the diameter of the heat exchange tube is bigger than that of the fins, which joined by expanding very tightly to improve the heat exchanger efficiency. By flaring, the small elbows could be put into the mouth of the pipe to position. Edge folding is used to accumulate the solder for the welding junction
