3D drawing),Using CAD to translate client`s information
into 3D drawing,to make fast molding products or make
expeditious mould base on client`s requirement.Using expert
evaluation systerm and CAE analyse to optimize mould
structure ,and to design by three-dimension parts.After
adopting CNC.EDM processing,cavity polishing ,we will
produce by ourself or outer-assistant processing while the
material inspection has proved eligible.
·Quotation Process
1. Quotation: Buyer supply samples or drawings,we quote
mould price on FOB,C&F or CIF.
2. Final order: Sales contract + Proforma invoice.
3. Advance Payment: 40% or 50 % of invoice value by T/T
before making mould.
4. Service: Evaluation of mould drawing and files,design
suggestions for optimization of production,,documentation
of the project,supply of initial samples.
5. Surface treatment: High degree of polish,textures and
recordings (logo).
6. Logo mark: we will mark logo on the mould as required.
7. Sample approve: we will send samples to you for confirm
mould.
8. Shipment arrange: we will arrange the shipment for you
by ours or yours forwarder.
