Fiber optic taper is a type of image transfer component,
which is composed of millions of 5~6μm fibers
with each fiber being stretched to tape at one side. It can
zoom in and out images. It has been widely used in CCD
coupling, image intensifier coupling, etc. in the fields of

as high resolution TV and advanced office equipment
applications.
