High Range Water-Reducing Admixture
FDN
Description
FDN is a high range water reducer , commonly referred to as
a superplasticizer. FDN is an anion surface active agent
based on polyalkyaryl sulfonate. Having a strong dispersion
effect on cement, it is a kind of highly effective, low
air-entrained water-reducing agent with effective water
reduction and low air-entrainment. FDN contains no added
chloride. FDN meets the requirements of chemical admixture
specifications for concrete: GB8076-1997, GB50119-2003.
Uses
FDN superplasticizer can be applied to make flowable,
strong or steam-curing concrete. The minimum working
temperature can be as low as 0 C. In steam curing, concrete
with superplasticizer has to strong enough before heating.
The steam curing specification has to be pre-tested. It is
particularly suitable to be base material for compound
admixtures.
