1. Available: poly flora, pine, cotton, sunflower, thyme,
    orange blossom and comb honey (honey with wax).
 2. Invert sugar: min. 65%
 3. Moisture: max. 18%
 4. HMF: max. 15 mg/kg
 5. Diastase: min. 12 (different for orange honey)
 6. Sucrose: max. 5% (max. 10% for pine)
 7. Homogenized (10 tons tank), pure honey.
 8. Free from all of kind sulfonamides, naphthalene and
    nitrofurane.
 9. Free from chloramphenicol, streptomycin, and
    tetracycline.
10. C13 (test for foreign sugars, C4 sugar): less than- 1%

Packing: 300 kg net honey in drums. For comb honey, whole
or in 500 gr plate. Different packs are available for honey
in jar and picnic sizes for retail and supermarkets.
