Ultraviolet Particle Detector

The device can detect fluorescent materials via exposure to
far infra ray. Especially, it has excellent recognition to
something hard to clean such as fiber due to static
electricity. (If surrounding illumination is reduced, the
recognition will be better up to 1μm of dust.)

Particle counter or dust-fall monitor system that is
universally used by general clean room can merely detect
surrounding dust-fall quantity but can’t detect on which
particles fall. Contrast effect through lighting by violet
particle detector can easily recognize the micro dust that
bare eyes can’t. Wiping with cleaner can further improve
the efficiency of clean room and boost product yield rate.
