Rosemary
Rosemary, Labiatae family, originated from Mediterranean,
and was introduced into China in 1981 by Chinese Academy of
Sciences, and was successfully planted in Qian Nan District
of Guizhou province. Europeans has long taken it as
seasoning.
Rosmarinic Anti-oxidant
It is extracted from rosemary stems and leaves. It does not
contain any excipients or residue of solvent. It is
natural, nontoxic, highly effective and broad spectrum,
widely used in fat, rich food, and natural colors to
prevent them from deterioration. Its anti-oxidation
affection is 2~4 times that of the BHA, BHT, TBHQ, etc. Its
effectiveness will be even strong under high temperature,
and it will not decompose below temperature of 190 degree.

Solubility: it is completely soluble in fat and grease,
insoluble in water
