   performs excellent mixing and has a high production
   capacity. Made from aluminum-chrome-molybdenum alloy
   steel treated through nitride and high-accuracy
   grinding, the material conveying barrel features high
   rigidity and abrasion resistance.

2. Gear oil is cooled through forced circulative cooling
   process, assuring gear and bearing durability.

3. Pressure-stabilized flow channel die head is specially
   designed for smooth ejectment. Conical contact surface
   is easy to adjust, dismantle and assemble, saving time.

4. Built in with a thermo infrared heater pipe, the
   stainless steel expand frame can be adjusted for proper
   angles.

5. The forming front guide wheel and infrared heater pipe
   frame can be adjusted from top to bottom according to
   the temperature of corrugated board PE/PVC film.

6. Employing double-direction coiling circuit inside, the
   cooling forming mold has an outstanding cooling
   capacity.  Driven by four pneumatic cylinders, the
   forming mold goes up and down steadily.

7. Fully automatic hydraulic cutting device is easy to
   operate, highly stable and no laborers needed.
