PU Lining Fire Hose

The PU lined fire hose has excellent compositive
performance and has valued characteristics of both the
rubber lined hose and plastic lined hose. First, it has
high strength and its tearing strength is the three times
of natural rubber lined hose. Second, it has better
abrasion-resistance which is 3 to 5 times of that of
natural rubber lined hose. Third, it has better
oil-resistance and has little affinity with un-mineral oil.
It will be hardly corroded in the fuel. Forth, it has good
climate resistance. It will never distort after used
continually under high temperature of 80℃-90℃
or fragile under the low temperature of 50℃
-70℃. The PU lined fire hose produced by the imported
equipment and material have more virtues such as
oil-resistance, circumnutated-resistance, high
pressure-resistance, climate performance-resistance
rot-resistance, circumnutated-resistance, etc. Moreover, it
is lighter and used more convenient. Its unit weight is 40%
(or more) lighter than that of natural rubber lined hose.
Now most fire company begin to use PU lined fire hose, the
same as some industry-miner enterprise, petro-chemical oil
storage, shipping dock, slap-up buildings etc.
