1. Extrude:
   . Special designed screw performs high mixing and high
     output extrusion with stable conveyance conditions and
     excellent pacifications.
   . Special designed barrel with groove line on surface
     and forced type to concentrate cooling system, high
     efficiency on cooling function and making temperature
     control easier
   . Adopted inverter drive for high transmission
     efficiency and save energy. Internal deckle type
     T-die is adopted for reduction the uneven thickness
     of the coated edge.
2. Lamination units:
   . Steel cooling roller, surface with hard chromium
     plated, internal with double shell spirally baffled
     design and single flow type, which offers uniform
     surface temperature transmission and better cooling
     efficiency.
   . Pressure roller with silicon rubber covered, internal
     water cooling system and with suitable hardness of
     silicon rubber to prevent laminated sheet stick to the
     roller.
3. Winder:
   . Automatic surface friction type design is adopted
     laminated roller wound up with smooth surface and
     uniform edge. Easy and safe for changing roll,
     laminated sheet slatted by air knife automatically,
     and stick to the new winding reel for winding again.
     Fast speed at changing roll and labor work cut down to
     minimum.
   . To send working materials to the roller by compressed
     air device may get the high efficiency for
     changing roll.
   . Can roll off the working materials to 150 ~ 200 cm
     with this device.
4. Unwinder
   . Two shaft parallel type enables to continue lamination
     without replacement on rolled cloth.
   . Manual tension controller is equipped for giving
     proper tension during unwinding.
   . E.P.C. device is equipped for controlling the edge
     position.
5. Sandwich's unwinder
   . For the purpose of double substrate lamination at same
     time, design and function same as unwinder.
