Germany Type Enhancement Sort Series (13 mm)

. SY-09 Germany type hose clamp - band width 9 mm
  and 12 mm
. SY-09 band width 9 mm: size from 8 mm – 12 mm
  till 80 mm – 100 mm band thickness is 0.6 mm;
  belongs to such type which is conventional Germany
  hose clamp. The torque value is somewhere between
  3 ~ 5 Newton/meter. SY-09 band width 12 mm size:
  from 16 mm – 27 mm till 90 mm – 110 mm band
  thickness is 0.6 mm; belongs to such type which
  is conventional Germany hose clamp. The torque
  value is somewhere between 4 ~ 5.5 Newton/meter.

. Feature: the biggest difference between this item
  and SY-09 is that the shell body adopts upper/lower
  part combination method’. The hook-up method is equal
  in tech level to that applied to many big companies
  in European and USA.

  1. The shell body material adopts 304H high
     steel characteristic. Materials got high tensile
     and won’t deform, which gets to boost the pulling
     strength of hose clamp.

  2. The band of hose clamp adopts "non-perforation
     structure", which protects soft hose from getting
     extruded (squeezed) out or even cut off by slot
     hole of hose clamp when in high-pressure
     fastening (clamping tight).

  3. The screw & bolt has been turned for many times
     with accurate true roundness (circle), it gets
     to provide very good idle rotation rate.
