Whenever goods are moved from a hot climate to a cooler
climate, condensation will occur because warm air holds
more water than cold air. When the temperature inside the
container is lowered the air will reach the dew point and
the water will condense. This is when fungus, mould and
mildew occurs, damaging the goods. Worse yet, if the water
condenses on the surface of metal products corrosion
occurs.

Superdry is a one-time use environmentally friendly product
that actively reduces the humidity inside the container
once it is active. The unit consists of 2 sections: the
upper section consists of the absorbent material and the
lower section acts as the water reservoir. As soon as the
protecting tape is removed from the window, the active
component of Superdry starts absorbing the humidity from
the surrounding air thereby reducing the humidity inside
the container and collects the water in the reservoir.
