ABS resin, as a kind of thermo plastics, is widely used in
automobile components, electric appliances, stationery and
furniture field. ABS is featured with hygroscopicity,
therefore, it will need forty minutes to carry out dry
treatment before forming. And it will even take several
hours to dry recycling ABS pellets.
A-218T is a new type of functional masterbatch, specially
developed for eliminating the moisture in ABS resin. A-218T
can be pre-mixed with the raw materials with a small amount
of proportion, so the dry treatment process can be omitted
and then we can directly carry out the injection molding
and extrusion molding processing. A-218T
environment-friendly plastic additive will save time,
efforts and cost.
